This Legal Notice provides information about the operator of this website and online store in accordance with applicable Australian law and the disclosure expectations of jurisdictions where we sell. 6. Consumer Rights and Applicable Law

6.1 Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Australian consumers are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Australian consumers are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

6.2 European Union Consumers

Where you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you have certain non-waivable rights under EU consumer law, including the 14-day right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU (the Consumer Rights Directive).
